Spa Sales Consultant
At the heart of our team are our all-important Spa Sales Consultants.
Hard working, motivated and results driven, the role of our Sales Consultants is pivotal to the dynamic, fast moving company ethos and atmosphere. Priding themselves on high levels of customer service, a sense of urgency and a positive attitude is essential in this role where you will be expected to respond promptly to enquiries that are generated by phone, email and the website and assist clients in booking all elements of their spa holiday.
However, Spabreaks.com is more than a simple booking service, so comprehensive venue and sales training is offered as well as venue visits for on-going training, enabling Sales Consultants to remain armed with exceptional product knowledge, with which they can tailor spa holidays to their clients individual requirements.

Customer Services/Administrator
In a fast growing company, good organisation is key, which is why our administrators are so highly valued at Spabreaks.com.
We are currently recruiting for an administrator with some previous experience that includes knowledge and experience of computer spreadsheets and windows, strong Excel skills, and proficient general IT skills.
As you will often be the first port of call and an important company representative, applicants must be presentable, have excellent people-skills and a professional telephone manner.
The role includes:
- Dealing with booking amendments, cancellations, client payments and providing support to the sales team.
- Acting as a group co-ordinator, looking after all aspects of their travel arrangements as well as providing customer service after bookings are complete.
- Inputting and checking customer information on applicable systems and dealing with any mistakes made.

Spa Overseas Product Manager
The opportunity to join the Product team of Spabreaks.com, Europe’s leading spa travel company & one of the UK’s fastest growing business’. Responsible for organising the spabreaks of 80,000 spa goers a year, we are looking for a Product Manager to develop new business partnerships and improve existing ones.
Main Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Spabreaks.com, you will be responsible for the contracting, negotiation and development of our European and Overseas Product.
- Negotiation on rates, commissions and contract terms.
- The structuring, selling and implementation of marketing and promotional proposals.
- Presentation of statistical data to support the above
- Maintaining and improving supplier relations.
- Liaising with the sales team.
The candidate should...
- Be fluent in at least one foreign language & ideally educated to degree level.
- Have strong inter personnel skills, and be comfortable making presentations.
- Be numerically & commercially strong.
- Be a proven self starter.
The candidate should ideally also have...
- A minimum of 3 years experience within the outbound travel/spa industry, that includes contracting / supplier relations
- Hold a UK or UK accepted international driving license.
- A Strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and a flexibility to adapt.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, inc Excel, Word & PowerPoint & ideally Google Applications.
