1) How do I make a booking?

  • Simply enter your preferred details into the search function. You can search by location, price range, date and type of package.
  • Once you have selected the venue, date and package, simply fill in your details when prompted on the booking process form.
  • Your booking will be confirmed via email within 24 hours of submitting booking process form.
  • Once your email confirmation has been received, print it off and retain. Simply hand this to your venue on your arrival.

2) Is it possible to amend or cancel a booking?

  • It is possible for you to change numbers or cancel your Spa Breaks.com booking at any time, provided that the person who originally booked sends us written notice by letter or email (sent directly to their booking agent). There is a £30 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made after the final balance has been paid to Spa Breaks.com will result in loss of all monies paid or due at that time.

3) How long are Spa Breaks.com vouchers valid for?

  • Spa Breaks.com vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

4) Do I have to prepay for my booking?

  • All bookings are pre-paid one calendar month prior to your arrival date.
