Similar to Health Farms, however emphasis is placed on health and beauty as opposed to the goal setting for your stay. Although relaxation is everyone’s focus for their stay at a Health Spa, guests are given slightly more freedom to eat (and drink!) at to their personal choice (calorie controlled or A la Carte).
