The Palatinate Group announced today that it has acquired online spa break experience specialist SpaBreaks.com from Morgan Travel Ltd for an undisclosed fee. SpaBreaks.com, which has traded since 2001, has been re-launched and positioned alongside Your Golf Travel.com, Europe’s fastest growing online golf travel company.

SpaBreaks.com aims to expand its leadership as a preferred supplier of choice for booking spa breaks, spa holidays and day spas to a wide selection of UK, European and Worldwide spa hotel destinations through its unique online one-stop shop.

Together with Your Golf Travel.com, which already works with over 350 golf and spa resorts worldwide, SpaBreaks.com will be looking to add many new exciting domestic and international day spas, spa destinations and resorts to its current portfolio.
