If you think you might pop in to the Spa while you're at a Hellidon Lakes, think again. Because when people arrive, they often find that 'pop in' becomes 'move in'.

There's quite simply so much to do, in such a lovely environment. And when you've done your pulse-pumping work out, the relaxation fairies get to work, gently lulling you into such a state of calm, you'll never want it to end.

Fitness fanatics will find a state of the art gym to help them press and power their way to endorphin heaven… all under the expert guidance of the super sporty team of personal trainers.

Tee off on the golf simulator, where you can indulge your Ryder Cup fantasies for as long as your swing holds out, or plot the perfect strike ball at the bowling alley. After which you might like to like to hone your racing turns with a few lengths of the heated indoor pool.

Then, when you feel like you've honoured your obligations to the body beautiful, you can relax, lie back and do… well, nothing at all.

Ostentation isn't the order of the day at this hotel. But practical, soothing décor, simple designs and understated colour schemes most definitely are. Every detail is just so, from the crisp folds of your sheets to the plumpness of your armchair, from the fluffiness of your towels to the invigorating pressure of your power shower.

All 40 of the guest rooms, deluxe rooms and suites have enjoyed a complete refurbishment in recent years and many feature stunning views across our grounds and lakes.

The menu at Hellidon Lakes has been devised by top chefs so when you eat in the chic, yet relaxed, Lakes restaurant, your taste buds will love you forever.

Local Knowledge

You can travel to the historic towns of Warwick, with its perennial family favourite attraction, Warwick Castle, Rugby and, of course, beautiful Stratford upon Avon. Less than a mile from the Hellidon Lakes, it's home to a traditional country pub, The Red Lion and a pretty church dating back to Norman times. It's also where you'll find one of the few working vineyards in the UK; the Windmill Vineyard, perched atop of a 600 foot rise overlooking the rolling countryside, and from where you can sample and buy local wines, cider and fruit juice.
