The Verbena Spa has seven treatment rooms and one double room to be shared with friends and loved ones. The therapists use wholesome natural products to incredible effect with impressive technique and style.
Recline in the lounge area with beautiful views over the courtyard, clear the respiratory system in the salt inhalation room, warm and cleanse the body in the Sauna, Sanarium and outdoor hot tub and smother your body in goodness in the Rasul.
For Spa dining at its finest, choose from Spa Tapas and Spa-Tisserie options, and there is also a Juice Bar.
Accommodation
The bedrooms and suites are certainly intended to please. The beds are covered in Egyptian cotton sheets and sumptuous duck down duvets and rooms feature Bang and Olufsen TVs with integrated CD and DVD players. Bathrooms have L'Occitane toiletries, fluffy towels and speakers so you can bathe accompanied by your favourite music.
Their rather special suites offer further luxury, you may choose to unwind in one of the Poolside Suites... Inside you will find spacious interiors, king-size beds, tactile furnishings and sofa beds.
Breakfast can be brought to your room at no extra cost, each room is supplied with a desk for such a treat. Breakfast and lunch are also served in the Conservatory.
For dinner you can choose from three menus… set, a la Carte or taster. Whatever your choice, you can look forward to healthy, flavoursome dishes inspired by their countryside roots, consisting of high quality produce.
Local Knowledge
Walk, run or cycle over the North York Moors National Park, which is right on your doorstep. Beautiful local villages, such as Whitby and Goathland are well worth a visit. The North Yorkshire Steam Railway is an exhilarating day out and York is a MUST for any shopaholic!
The Fruit Active Glow Facial was an energising facial that left my face feeling all brand new. It was amazing – they use ‘Eastern massage techniques’ – now I don’t know exactly what they are but – wow I can only tell you – they work! It smelt divine, it felt out of this world and the results were astonishing.
