Their AA rosette awarded Hugo’s Restaurant is a splendid place to experience exquisite fine dining accompanied by good wine and superb service. The Stables country pub offer a more relaxed atmosphere and an al fresco option for warm summer months. At Hall Garth Hotel you can indulge in private dining facilities in The Green Room, who can also cater for seated banquets.
Local Knowledge
For some fairway action, there is a 9 hole 72 par golf course on site. The Dales provide excellent country walks and are just 30 minute drive away. The towns of Durham and Darlington await your arrival, with various cafes, bars and shops for your enjoyment. The nearby 13th century Finchale Priory ruins also offer riverside and woodland walks.
The Revitalizing VIP Facial was my chance to achieve perfectly clear, illuminated ‘celebrity’ skin. I have to say this was the nearest to content I have been in a long time. I was glowing and my skin was enriched with vitamins and minerals and felt all the healthier for it.
