The Crabwall Manor House is Grade II listed and dates back to 1660. Sitting in 11 acres of beautiful grounds this is a wonderful place to clear your head and refresh your senses. It is hard to believe this glorious countryside location is just four miles from the city centre of Chester.
The spa is a tranquil place, surrender to the serenity and enjoy the stillness. Take a dip in the 18m swimming pool, find inner peace in the aroma steam room and sauna, allow the massage showers to ease aching muscles, lift your spirits in the whirlpool and rest in the relaxation room.
There is an extensive list of luxurious treatments and five therapy rooms where you can enjoy them all. The menu contains sumptuous products and treatments by E’SPA and Jessica… Only the very finest.
Accommodation
The 48 bedrooms stay true to the country house atmosphere. Decorated in warm tones and accompanied by classic wooden furniture you will feel right at home here. All rooms are equipped with en-suite facilities, hair dryer, trouser press, iron, TV, radio and tea/coffee making facilities.
Should you wish to spend the night in luxury there are six handsome suites, which have breathtaking views and some offer four poster beds and sitting areas.
The Conservatory Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a beautiful conservatory with wonderful views over the gardens. The contemporary English cuisine is superb and people come from far and wide to enjoy their mouth-watering dishes. The terrace is ideally situated for those who fancy a drink or meal in the open air.
Local Knowledge
The city of Chester is splendid for shopping, sight seeing and dining. Chester Zoo is a wonderful place and home to over 500 interesting species. The 1000 acre Tatton Park has the Mansion and the Tudor Old Hall within its boundaries. The Chester Racecourse regularly hosts all kinds of events. And another fabulous day out is The Beatles Story.
The Aromatherapy Rose Facial actually begins with a back massage - such a blessing! Then the face is exfoliated, cleansed, toned and massaged but when I say massaged the beauty therapist is tapping in to the pressure points which is simply sensational! Sheer bliss!
