The C-Spa’s Sea Mineral Therapies promise to rejuvenate, rebalance and revitalise. Take pleasure in the Thalassotherapy Pool, which overlooks the Lough Foyle. The sea water in this pool has a high concentration of mineral salts, renowned for reducing body weight to 10% of its normal value. Hence, the mobility of joints is increased and circulation improves. The underwater jets provide a full body hydro-massage.

There is a relaxation room and 12 treatment rooms, where you can experience one of the 50 treatments on the menu.
