Spa and Leisure Facilities
In a rather idyllic waterfront location on Cardiff Bay, you will find the St. David's Hotel and Spa, a magnificent building with spectacular sea views. Once inside the spacious, sophisticated hotel it is as if all time stands still. Tranquillity rushes over you like a breath of fresh air and you are at once free to relax and unwind.
Swim in the ozone pool, recline in the hydrotherapy marine pools with underwater jet beds and walk through the hydrotherapy corridor lined with massage fountains and gentle currents. Wash your cares away in the swan neck showers, warm and relax tired muscles in the sauna and look out over the bay from the relaxation lounge.
There are so many treatments to choose from and 14 treatment rooms to enjoy them in. All rooms are decorated in chocolaty creams and browns and one of them has been specially designed to cater for couples.
For the active there are exercise classes in the spa studio and a Cardiovascular Gymnasium.

Spa Insider's Recommended Treatment
The Life Saving Back Massage incorporated cleansing, brushing, exfoliation, an utterly luscious aromatherapy massage and finally a warming mud mask. The whole experience was divine and I wanted it to last forever. Although this treatment may not save your life it certainly sends you to heaven!!
