Spa & Leisure

Prepare to be amazed. You will be awestruck at the very sight of the Atholl Palace. The Scottish Highlands make a dramatic setting for this remarkable spa hotel and you will be astounded by the surrounding hills, gardens and wooded parkland. In Victorian times this hotel was first opened as the Athole Hydropathic and you will observe many of the original features throughout.

The Lavender Spa is inspired by its Victorian heritage. The original architecture and hydropathic spa live on and they are brought to life using homegrown lavender and spring water which flows from the Ben- y -Vrackie mountain. Their spa facilities include a heated outdoor pool, spa garden areas, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, plunge pool, gym and fitness room.

Before you check out make sure you book a treatment from their inspired menu. The experienced staff use 100% natural organic Phytomer products which contain vital marine ingredients including plant extracts and oceanic minerals

Hotel & Accommodation

The beauty of these Victorian rooms is that single every one is slightly different and there is a majestic sense of history about them. The intricate design and architecture is sure to impress.

Each room features an en-suite bathroom, TV, telephone, hairdryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities. Superior rooms offer views over Ben y Vrackie or the Tummel Valley. There are also garden level rooms with convenient access to the spa. Themed rooms have king-size beds and some have four poster beds and jacuzzis. But for the ultimate treat the exclusive Turret suites have their own tower and the very best views.

The Verandah Restaurant is beautifully appointed overlooking the Tummel Valley. Here you will enjoy exquisite dishes prepared using impressive culinary skills and wholesome local ingredients.
