Chessgrove Day Spa is a family run boutique spa in rural Worcestershire, in a converted oak barn which strikes that pleasing balance between contemporary facilities and classic design. The overriding atmosphere is one of feeling extremely welcome – it’s light and warm inside, and facilities encompass everything for a full day devoted to utter relaxation including a hydro pool, sauna, steam room, outdoor spa pool and Swedish sauna cabin, a 10 meter indoor pool with resistance jets and waterfalls, five treatment rooms as well as a double treatment room, and a relaxation space. Being devoted to the chill-out cause, there is naturally a wide range of treatments as well. Using ESPA and Aromatherapy Associates they include massage, Lava shells, wraps, body rituals, facials, pre-natal treatments, scrubs, reflexology, and finishing touches to make sure you leave looking as good as you will inevitably feel.
Completing the experience is Chessgrove’s own bistro – a casual environment where you can enjoy meals in the comfort of your dressing gown, it is open all day serving breakfast, teas and coffees, light lunches, afternoon tea, and mezze platters.
