The Coppid Beech Hotel is home to the Waves Health and Fitness Club and the Venus Beauty Therapy Spa. As soon as you enter this peaceful sanctuary you will feel tranquillity wash through you, it is almost as though time stands still while you swim in the pool and relax in the spa bath, sauna and steam room.

The air conditioned gymnasium is filled with Life Fitness equipment, guaranteed to assist you in reaching optimum fitness levels. There are helpful knowledgeable members of staff who can help you achieve your goals. You could also join an exercise class or have an individual tuition on the powerplate.

There are some wonderful treatments by Decleor and ISHI on their menu and it will be impossible to choose! But whatever your decision the therapists will ensure that your spa experience surpasses all expectations
