In contrast to the main body of the hotel, which dates back to 1790, the bedrooms are set in an ultra modern extension, offering a cool palette of grays and neutral tones in 132 four-star rooms and suites. Twelve miles from Bristol city centre, Cadbury House enjoys views across the Bristol Channel and into Wales – enhanced by its hilltop location.
There are three dining options – the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, which offers an informal setting and menu designed in collaboration with the man himself. Meanwhile, the Living Room serves light bites and drinks throughout the day; and thelounge is a bar-style area serving salads, sandwiches and sharing platters.
