With robes, towels and slippers provided, the spa at Fairlawns has all the facilities to work up a sweat and treatments to wind down as well. There is a swimming pool suitable for lengths swimming, a gym, aerobic dance studio, steam rooms, sauna, infrared sauna (emitting heat that is directly absorbed by the body as opposed to traditional saunas that heat the air around you … basically, you sweat faster), gardens, tennis courts and a trim trail.
There is also a relaxation lounge complete with a patio area and refreshments, an aromatherapy room and a hydrotherapy suite which takes you through a journey of temperature variations to achieve the ultimate in relaxation detoxes before enjoying a treatment whether it be a facial, massage, wrap, mud Rasul or dry floatation … to name a few.
