In the grounds of Hazlewood Castle, the converted stables that constitute the Imagine Spa benefit from breath-taking Norman architecture, and the location’s palpable history. Starting with a tour around the castle, you can then take full advantage of the comprehensive range of treatments including facials, massages, full body treatments, waxing, tinting and even a Collagen Biomatrix Mask that appropriately, promises ‘results that are better than you can imagine’.
Hotel & Accommodation
Rooms at the Castle are what you might expect from a noble abode – they are decadent with rich colours, antique furniture and lots of space. The main building houses nine rooms, while an additional twelve are in the court yard area dubbed ‘St Margaret’s’.
The Restaurant Anise is another key attraction at the Castle. Interiors are contemporary, utilising the exposed stone walls to great effect alongside wooden floors and muted tones. The food, under the direction of Head Chef Tim Hamer, follows a similar pattern of understated luxury offering a menu of traditional favourites and local ingredients with a modern twist alongside the Champagne Bar delicatessen.
