Set into the Pembrokeshire countryside, the spa at Lamphey Court is a contemporary addition to the otherwise historic building. There is a gym, 14-metre pool, herbal sauna and aromatic steam room as well as a hair dressing studio, a children’s splash pool and floodlit tennis courts amongst the leisure facilities. The spa also uses products by Cinq Mondes, Aromatherapy Associates, Fake Bake and Jessana by Jessica to deliver a selection of therapies, treatments and finishing touches across four treatment rooms.
Hotel & Accommodation
Pretty as a royal icing confection, Lamphey Court is a Georgian mansion dating back to 1823 and surrounded by Pembrokeshire National Park only two miles from a swathe of secluded beaches. Part of the BEST WESTERN collection, the hotel’s 38 rooms and suites are contemporary but nonetheless sympathetic to the building’s heritage with a choice of accommodation in the main house or one of the Courtyard rooms and studios.
The restaurant adheres to ‘The Slow Food Movement’ – that is to say, ingredients are sourced locally with as little interference into the natural process as possible – in several menus including an informal Conservatory Menu and Sunday Lunch.
