Once you enter the The Spa you will forget all your cares, it is as though time stands still at last. This is your opportunity to think about you and you alone. Swim in the indoor pool, hop into the Jacuzzi with the beneficial bubbles and glow in the sauna. You can also lie back in the peaceful relaxation room to rest your body and mind.
There are various treatment rooms where you can experience magnificent spa therapies. Some of their bespoke treatments are produced by Elemis , who combine natural ingredients, holistic techniques and focused energy to create something rather special.
If you’re feeling energetic you could work out in the Technogym equipped gymnasium, partake in an aerobics class in the sprung studio or thrash about the squash court.
