Purpose built in the 19th Century walled garden of the Elizabethan Manor House that comprises the hotel, the contemporary spa juxtaposes its otherwise traditional surrounds to great effect. Wander into the walk-through rain shower using natural warm spring-water before swimming between our indoor and outdoor heated pools; spend some time in the hot tub, sauna, steam room relaxation rooms or if you are feeling really energetic, head to the gym and fitness studio.
Using the highly acclaimed REN, ila and Electric Body product ranges, the spa focuses on natural balance through everything from facials to full body massages, while signature treatments range from reflexology to aromatherapy and to really help you unwind you can book a session in the Isopod flotation tank.

Surrounded by rolling green countryside the Tudor Village of Cuckfield is reflected in the hotel’s interiors – with a wood panelled bar, log fire and richly textured fabrics.
Only one hour from London and twenty minutes by car from Gatwick, it is an easy escape that’s worth the drive, not least of all for the Michelin-starred restaurant under the direction of head chef Stephen Crane which not only offers a selected Cuckfield Menu, but also a gastronomic seven course tasting menu and inspired wine list.
