Spa & Leisure
Within the Penha Longa complex, sits the Six Senses Spa – a holistic retreat which in addition to nine treatment rooms, a gym, pool, sauna, a Turkish bath, and two relaxation areas; makes use of its own garden space with a Jacuzzi, contrast pool with a three-metre waterfall, a platform over the pool for yoga and Qigong, and two gazebos for meditation and treatments.
The treatment menu also reflects the spa’s devotion to natural healing offering a complete range of therapies including in-room massage, and more specialised treatments including Shiatsu, Abyanga, Reiki and Hopi Ear Candling. Combining their expertise the spa also offers a number of ‘journeys’ and seasonal specials; and finishing touches including hairdressing are also part of the experience.
