Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden

Sanctuary Spa Covent Garden, 12 Floral Street, Covent Garden, London,

Spa & Leisure

In the heart of London’s Covent Garden, and welcoming up to 60,000 guests each year, Sanctuary Spa is exclusively for women, and has earned iconic status since it first opened its doors in 1977. Created by a US choreographer as a gift to his ballerina wife, it soon became a favourite treat for the dancers at the Royal Ballet School to enjoy after training, and has since become a destination for relaxation, to help women unwind with friends and family.

One of the best-known features is the atrium pool and swing, while other facilities include an exercise pool, jacuzzis, heat and steam rooms, a relaxation lounge and spa shop, and the Koi Carp Lounge where guests can indulge in a glass of bubbly surrounded by peace and quiet. A complimentary 25 minute Sleep Retreat or Infrared Experience session is also offered as part of any Spa Day (subject to availability). Completing the experience, therapists also offer guests a range of treatments from manicures and pedicures, to prescription facials and indulgent massages
