Spa & Leisure

The Solent Hotel and Spa is the ideal setting for a relaxing spa break, surrounded by gorgeous Hampshire countryside and fresh seaside air. Enveloped in rich greenery and yet within easy reach of Portsmouth and Southampton, you have the best of both worlds.

There is a beautiful swimming pool and doors in the pool area that lead to the outdoor spa lounge, a wonderful place to lay back and relax. You can also take advantage of the fibre optic steam room, whirlpool, monsoon shower, relaxation area and a colour therapy sauna. These facilities are truly magnificent.

There is a fabulous menu of spa treatments by Bare Escentuals, Jessica and ESPA. The only problem is choosing which ones to have. The air-conditioned gym is fully equipped with the finest equipment and there are a selection of classes, which you are welcome to join, in the aerobic studio. If you fancy a game of tennis the floodlit courts are fit for all weathers.

The rooms range from Executive rooms to suites and four-poster rooms. All rooms benefit from en-suite bathrooms, Pecksniffs toiletries, bathrobes, air-conditioning, seating area, work area with desk, direct dial telephone, complimentary WiFi internet access, a fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities.

The Terrace Restaurant is sure to impress even the most discerning palates. Local ingredients feature heavily throughout the menu and you will be amazed by the flavours and textures. In warmer months people can enjoy al fresco dining. The Terrace Bar is open throughout the day and by night the light dims to create a lively, classy place to enjoy an evening drink.
