The Heat & Ice ritual guides you through a series of sensational experiences, rest in the Tepidarium, Sanarium and Caldarium, revitalize in the Hydrotherapy Pool and Experience Showers, unwind in the Aromatherapy Crystal Steam Room, Roman Salt Steam Chamber and Sauna, cool down in the Ice Cave and allow the Foot Spas to sooth your tired feet.
There are 23 treatment rooms including a Hamman Chamber, Rasul Room and Soap Massage Room. The therapists boast an impressive repertoire of treatments and products specially designed by ESPA, Elemis, Jessica and Jane Iredale cosmetics.

Astons Restaurant is more casual but equally pleasant and Bentleys serve sumptuous Italian dishes. The Spa Terrace Café serve light meals and non alcoholic fruity treasures but if you fancy something stronger head to the Silverstone Bar.
