One night's bed and breakfast, £28 allocation towards dinner, a choice of 2 x 30 minute treatments or 1 x 60 minute Q Ritual, light lunch, 2 cocktails per person and a choice of pre dinner canapes in a reserved area or a DVD and nibbles night in one of the bedrooms, robe and slippers provided and full use of the health club facilities.
