Buying gift vouchers

What will I get with a voucher by post?

Post a gift voucher to your special someone and they will receive a smartly packaged gift card, accompanied by a message of your choice. We have several delivery options to choose from. Gift cards are posted via signed-for delivery.

What will I get with a voucher by email?

Buy an e-voucher and you will receive an email with a downloadable PDF attachment of a voucher, showing the value of the gift, a message of your choice, and instructions on how to redeem the voucher. We can send the voucher directly to the recipient or if you'd prefer we'll send it to you to print out or forward on.

How long are Spabreaks.com vouchers valid for?

12 months from the date of purchase. If it’s a package voucher, the dates listed refer to the validity dates for that particular package, however, the voucher itself is valid for 12 months in total. As packages can be seasonal, it may no longer be available when you're ready to book. If this is the case, the value of the voucher can still be redeemed against any other package on the Spabreaks.com website (subject to availability, and a difference in price may be payable). Our team can help you find something similar if your original package is no longer available.

What denominations of monetary vouchers can I buy?

The Spabreaks.com monetary voucher is available in any denomination you choose, starting at £30.

If I buy a Spabreaks.com package voucher and the recipient wants to go to a different spa, can they change it?

Yes, we are happy to honour the voucher for any other spa should the recipient wish to change it. If the alternative experience is more expensive than that purchased, then the balance must be paid at time of booking.

How long will my voucher order take to be delivered?

If you have selected an e-voucher, it will be emailed to you or your recipient (your choice) immediately once payment is confirmed. If you would prefer to have a gift card sent in the post, this will be despatched the next working day by signed-for delivery.

Can I send my voucher purchase to a different address?

Vouchers have the option to be sent to a different email or shipping address if required, either way the purchaser will still receive an email confirming the voucher details.

My order hasn't arrived, what should I do?

Please email vouchers@spabreaks.com and our team will be able to assist you. Replacement vouchers can be issued if need be.

Can I have a refund?

All Spabreaks.com vouchers are completely non-refundable.

Redeeming vouchers

Can I use a Spabreaks.com gift voucher on any spa?

Our gift vouchers can be redeemed on any of the packages available at Spabreaks.com. They cannot be redeemed directly with the spa.

What happens once I have redeemed my voucher?

Once you have redeemed your voucher, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details of your booking on it. You do not need to send the voucher to us as we just need the reference number relating to it.

How far in advance do I need to book to be able to use my voucher?

There is no restriction on how far into the future you have your spa day or break, however the booking itself must be made within the 12 month voucher validity period, and we would recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Can I redeem my voucher on the Spabreaks.com website?

Spabreaks.com gift vouchers are now redeemable online, so gifting a voucher has never been easier.

Can I exchange my voucher?

If it’s a monetary voucher, it can be redeemed by telephone against any package on the Spabreaks.com website. If it’s a package voucher it can be redeemed by telephone against a specific package that has been chosen for you by your gift giver. If you would prefer a different package this is fine, though you may need to make up any balance. If it’s a Gift Of Spa voucher, it can be redeemed by telephone against packages listed by the relevant value type on the gift voucher webpage.

The date on the package is different to the expiry date shown, what does this mean?

The dates listed are the validity dates for that particular package of venue and treatment(s), however, the voucher itself is valid for 12 months in total. As packages can be seasonal, it just means that it may no longer be available when you're ready to book. If this is the case, the value of the voucher can still be redeemed against any other package on the Spabreaks.com website (subject to availability, and a difference in price may be payable).

I've lost my voucher, can I have a replacement?

A replacement e-voucher can be emailed through to you upon request at no charge. If you would like one physically posted, there is a £5 charge.

Can I combine the value of two or more vouchers?

All vouchers are combinable. If the total is more than the sum of the vouchers, the balance must be paid at time of booking. If there is additional value left over after using your voucher, this amount will remain valid to use until the expiry date. If multiple vouchers have been paid for with a discount, you can only use one discounted voucher per booking.

Can I make a purchase for more than the value of my OneForAll card?

We are delighted to now be accepting OneForAll payments at the check out stage. They can be used to purchase spa breaks, spa days or gift vouchers.

Can I make a purchase for more than the value of my OneForAll card?

Yes. If you would like to purchase a spa experience that costs more than the value of your OneForAll card simply turn your OneForAll into a Spabreaks.com e-voucher. This will be emailed to you immediately. You can then use this voucher to make a booking and top up the amount needed with your debit or credit card at the check out stage. Please note that the minimum transaction is £30.
