Women’s Wellness Week … What We Did and What Next?

As you know, from 16th to 20th September this year, Spabreaks.com launched the first #bekindtoyou Women’s Wellness Week to encourage women everywhere to talk about the things that influence their wellbeing, and, crucially to do something every now and again to be a little kinder to themselves.

During the week, four members of the Spabreaks.com team walked 100 miles from Bath to London to raise money for cancer support charity, Look Good … Feel Better; we had afternoon tea at Grace Belgravia with more than 80 friends and THE BEST CAKE EVER from East Dulwich Deli, and explored what #bekindtoyou really means from our friends at Women’s Health magazine, Body Gossip, and Curvy Kate – all hosted by Gaby Roslin accompanied by the dulcit tones of Lydia Baylis.

We also welcomed guest bloggers including Natasha Devon, Sally Gunnell, Grayshott Spa Hotel, Martel Maxwell, Mojo Mums, Farrah Storr, Rosi Prescott from the Central YMCA, and many more amazing women to The Hot Tub to talk about everything from teenage angst to workplace wellbeing, and most importantly we asked you what you were going to do to #bekindtoyou!

Having had so much fun, we can’t wait for Women’s Wellness Week again in 2014 … better get thinking, what will you do to #bekindtoyou?

Join us in a little reminiscing …
