Describing his life’s passion as being to ‘help people enjoy healthy and beautiful skin’, Dr. Nick Lowe specialises in using the latest innovations to tackle those various issues that have become regular topics of conversation in magazine pages across the world, not least of all, ageing.
Defined for the most part by a barrage of lines, wrinkles, sun spots and various other glorious indications of life experience, his products are designed to tackle all of these and more, a CV which implies that they may well come with their very own cement mixer and heavy duty Polyfiller. Assuming this is not the case though, we thought we would put his Dual Action Deep Wrinkle Filler to the test!
Trying it out over a two week period, retired mother of two, Suzie, did just that and reported back with her results …
Dr Nick and I got off to a good start, the product is really lovely and is very pleasant to use – it is always a good start to a skincare routine when it is something little you can really enjoy in the morning and evening. It is easily applied with a handy, almost pen-like, nib to spread directly along wrinkles for precise use (it is accurate when it describes itself as a ‘filler’). It has a pleasant silky texture and made my skin feel soft and pampered.
Having applied the product it dried quickly so that I could pop my moisturiser on over the top within five minutes so there is no great delay at the start or the end of the day! I also had no allergic reactions which is a bonus as so often I find this is the case with other creams, particularly of the anti-ageing variety.
The most pleasing part of using the product was that my lines and wrinkles definitely appeared less obvious within a few days, so I am looking forward to this increasing the longer I use it!
In short, it’s a great addition to my skincare arsenal!
