What do you do at Spabreaks.com?
I am on a student placement as a sales consultant, specialising in spa days and breaks across the UK. My job is to help customers find the best spa experience for them and make sure they are happy from start to finish!
Which is your favourite Spabreaks.com destination and why?
Fistral Beach Hotel and Spa because I love Cornwall and being by the sea!
Do you have a favourite treatment and if so what is it?
An Indian Head Massage – it’s sooooo relaxing!
What is your idea of the perfect day of relaxation?
I like a good, solid workout in the morning at the gym, then a whole afternoon of eating lots and doing nothing (except maybe having a spa treatment!).
When do you feel at your most confident?
When I’m at the gym doing a body pump class!
Do you have a beauty product you can’t live without?
I am a massive fan of cocoa butter – the amount I got for Christmas this year was unbelievable. I am really more of a moisturiser girl than a make-up girl.
What’s your top tip to get the most out of your spa day?
Spend some time in the gym at the start of the day to get rid of any mental stress. Once that’s done you really feel like you deserve the time relaxing. A class which includes a relaxation element at the end such as yoga or body pump is particularly good as it gets you into the right frame of mind!
