Looking forward to a summer with his new album, two TV shows, and a golf and music event with oodles of celebrity players at Stoke Park with Your Golf Travel, Brian McFadden talks about working out, winding down, and staying awake …
What are you up to at the moment?
It’s a busy year for me with two new TV shows coming soon, a new album, my own tour and The War of the Worlds tour across the UK and Europe in November and December. Of course I also have Golf Rocks on Friday 27th June at Stoke Park, which I’m very excited about – it’s going to be a great event. We have a top list of celebrity captains!
A little bird told us you are a bit of a golf fan … do you have a favourite destination?
I love Valderama, it’s an amazing course. My favourite by far.
Who would be in your dream four-ball?
Tiger, Rory, Seve and myself.
The upcoming Golf Rocks event is at Stoke Park, which is pretty special; will you have time to use the spa?
I’ll definitely be using the spa for a nice massage after the golf to prepare for a big night in the marquee – the evening party is going to be off the scale!
Do you have a favourite spa treatment or one you would like to try?
For me it’s a massage every time. It’s great when you travel a lot and have a hectic schedule.
How do you stay in shape?
I have a personal trainer in the park. It’s nice to train outdoors and he works myself and Vogue, my wife, extremely hard!
What would you do on your ideal day of relaxation?
Play a round of golf with friends and then have a full spa treatment. Stoke Park is the perfect venue for me!
When are you at your happiest?
At home with my family.
Who do you admire?
My mum – she’s an amazing lady!
What’s your top tip for feeling your best when you have a hectic schedule?
I have to admit that I’m a fan of Red Bull so when I’m on the go, which is very often, I do enjoy a can or two!
Book now and be in with a chance to win a meet and greet with Brian on the night!
