David Bailey has once again been in the limelight this year with his Stardust exhibition at the National Portrait Gallery, and so it seems a fitting time for Yardley London to have launched their latest perfume, JADE by Yardley.
An ode to their iconic ad campaigns featuring Twiggy and Jean Shrimpton, it is a contemporary green floral scent designed to encapsulate the free-spirited energy of the 1960s, from its simple bottle and graphic design on the packaging to the distinctive, fresh hue.
Created by revered perfumer, Anne-Sophie Chapuis, it has top notes of peach, bergamot, and galbanum, with underlying hints of rose, jasmine, ylang-ylang, patchouli and sandalwood. Light, fresh, and at an accessible £19.99 for a 50ml bottle, we think we’ll be treating ourselves to this one this summer!
