I recommend spas to customers and advise them what experience is the best for them. Some people want a break with their children and their dogs and others want a break away from them, so I make sure I get the right people to the right places.
I would have to say Cliveden in Berkshire. Being from Australia we don’t have old buildings, the oldest thing we have is a big rock. Cliveden is five star ol’ English traditional luxury which has a Heritage listed swimming pool and acres of National Trust forest, all for your wandering pleasure!
I have recently had my first facial, don’t tell the lads! However, sitting down all day working in an office, I would have to say a nice firm massage to get rid of all the tension!
I would have to say that I am not big on the whole sitting on a perfect beach doing nothing thing. A perfect day of relaxation would be exploring an old town somewhere in Europe, taking pictures and stopping every now and then to drink coffee. From there I would head back to a nice hotel with a relaxing poolside where I can check my pictures, read a book, and then head out for a sunset photo session… I can almost taste the latte!
If you believe in yourself and believe in your abilities then you should always feel confident… unless you get called into a random meeting with the boss, then all that goes out the window.
Toothpaste, without it I don’t know where I would be.
Make use of all the facilities, the gym, the grounds, soak up the atmosphere and just appreciated the time to yourself. Oh, and don’t even think of turning that iPhone on!
