– Many studies agree that 30 minutes of daily exercise will help your health. If you are one of those people who never has time though, try to walk or use stairs wherever you can and perhaps invest in a personal trainer who can help target goals.
– Your body and mind will appreciate it if you stick to a routine for waking up in the morning, eating, exercising and sleeping. If you don’t set your own routine, your body and mind cannot be healthy and feel energised.
