I am currently volunteering as wildlife rehabilitation carer at Gremar Marine Animal Rescue Centre in Guaruja, Brazil. This entails caring for sick and injured wildlife such as dolphins, seals, sea turtles and a variety of birds, helping to get them back up on their feet, flippers, wings and fins after the various health issues they may have faced.
I am passionate about wildlife conservation and strive to be part of the change we need to see to protect the environment and all those within it. This photo was taken at Gremar, looking across the water into the jungle. This stunning setting is home to an abundance of life. Nature is where I feel most at peace and this photo represents a combination of my two passions – yoga and the natural world.
