Recipe: Detox Soups

If anyone knows healthy food, it’s Vilalara Longevity Thalassa Spa in Portugal, so when it comes to snacks, lunch and dinner nothing beats their detox soups…

soups

Detox Soup

Ingredients

– 200g of pumpkin
– 200g of onions
– 100g of green leafy vegetables
– 50g celery
– three garlic cloves
– parsley or cilantro
– olive oil
– marine salt
– water

Courgette soup

Ingredients

– one kg of courgette
– half a leek
– one onion
– half turnip
– 100g of pumpkin
– half a cauliflower
– two cloves of garlic
– one bunch coriander
– basil
– olive oil
– marine salt
– water

Depurative Soup

Ingredients

– one kg of cabbage
– half celery
– two onions
– two tomatoes
– half a pepper
– one bunch of coriander
– two garlic cloves
– olive oil
– marine salt
– water

Asparagus soup

Ingredients

– white asparagus
– two onions
– one courgette
– parsley
– water
– olive oil
– sea salt

Method… simply cook, reduce to a puree and enjoy!
