Ingredients
- ½ an avocado
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of frozen mango
- Handful of frozen pineapple
- ½ an apple
- Almond milk
- One tbs raw local honey
- One tsp bee pollen
- One tbs goji berries
- Handful of mixed berries
- 1/3 cup raw buckwheat groats (or sugar-free homemade granola)
Method
- Using a high-speed blender, combine the avocado, spinach, mango, pineapple, apple and almond milk to make a thick green smoothie.
- Spoon the green smoothie into a bowl and top with honey, bee pollen, goji berries, mixed fresh berries and raw buckwheat groats.
