While a good treatment will work wonders on stress and tension, I believe a great therapist is what will make the experience special, allowing you to relax in the knowledge that you are in safe hands. Thorough consultation and aftercare advice are essential to ensure the treatment is tailored specifically towards the client’s needs. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference, such as adjusting the music volume to the client’s liking or turning the heated blanket up if they appear cold. It’s about anticipating the client’s needs and exceeding their expectations.
I love facials! Personally I find them more relaxing than body massages, especially our new ESPA Skin Radiance Facial. It’s great for all skin types and includes an iced rose quartz crystal face massage, two face masks and an oriental scalp massage. It’s a 1 hour 20 minute treatment so really allows you to switch off and relax. Most importantly for me it’s a really results driven facial that’s great before a special event as it leaves the skin looking radiant.

Arrive early to use the facilities and enjoy the full spa experience before your treatment. Our thermal facilities include a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, needle shower and eucalyptus steam room which are great for unwinding and beginning the relaxation process. The eucalyptus steam room is also really beneficial for rheumatic complaints while the Jacuzzi will help to ease tired muscles.
Take some time out for yourself at least once a week. I find yoga a great way to de-stress and promote endorphins. Follow that with a relaxing bath with our ESPA soothing bath oil and candle.
