When it’s the end of the working week, why go for the standard glass of white when you could have this Apple Martini from the Lough Rea Hotel ? Better yet, book into one of their cocktail making classes and you’ll be the life and soul of that next party…

Ingredients

  • 4 cl (1.18 oz) Absolute vodka
  • 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Apple liqueur
  • 1.5 cl (0.44 oz) Dash of Martini dry
  • Dash of apple juice

Method

  • Prepare your ingredients, accessories and garnishes.
  • Chill the glass with fresh ice and pour it out when ready to pour the ingredients into it.
  • Pour the vodka, liqueur and apple liquor into mixing glass with ice cubes.
  • Stir well, and strain in chilled cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with a slice of apple.
  • Serve and enjoy your Apple Martini!
