My favourite thing about spa days is the ‘me’ time it gives you. Life can get so busy you can forget about yourself and by going to a spa it forces you to slow down and relax and I always feel so refreshed and recharged afterwards.
My tip for body confidence is not to worry about what others think. If you look and feel confidant it shines through and radiates.
I love being pampered! A spa day is so relaxing! And weirdly, I love being without my phone!
