The perfect way to spend New Year: Spabreakers explain what they’re up to

While the television might be filled with hedonistic nights out, New Year’s Eve can often prove a bit of a letdown… especially when it involves trying really really hard to have fun. So we asked some of our Spabreakers honestly what they’re up to?

new years

Zerrin, International Product Executive:

I will be flying to NYC first thing on New Year’s Day, so on New Year’s Eve I will hopefully be tucked up in bed way before midnight, clutching my passport!

Danielle, Product Manager:

To be honest, I really hate New Year’s Eve so my perfect evening would be away somewhere nice with a pool, sunshine and a cocktail bar. Failing that, nothing beats dinner with my fiancee, a few drinks to see in the New Year and then bed, with no hangover for the first day of 2016!

Sarah, Senior Product Manager:

This year I will be at home in my PJs falling asleep on the sofa with my little boy and watching the countdown to the New Year on the TV with a bottle of Prosecco. It’s a glamorous but cosy existence being a mum!

Bonnie, Editor:

I am more of a walks on the beach than big nights out kinda person, so that’s exactly how I am going to see in the New Year. I will have recently landed in Barbados on 31st December, and my first port of call will be dipping my toes in the sea and watching the sun go down with friends.

Happy New Year Spabreakers!
