In its wider practice, hydrotherapy helps to soothe aching muscles and joints and has even been known to be a source of comfort for anyone with rheumatoid arthritis. It’s a great way to prepare for a spa treatment, opening up the pores, increasing blood flow and aiding detox. Because of the high temperatures however it’s generally not recommended for children, so this is time for grown ups only.
