Kind of like when you’re a kid and you go walking in a maze made of hedges, this is the grown up version where, instead of a maze, you have a spiral pattern path which you wander along to meditate, focus and calm the mind. It usually follows a number of circuits to the centre and back out again. Not a maze – we’re grown ups here.
