Sandown Park sees the Tingle Creek Christmas Festival return with some of the best jumps racing of the season on 8th and 9th December. This meeting attracts racing enthusiasts and non enthusiasts from all over, as well as some of the best horses in training.
With two Group 1 races; Henry VIII Novices’ Chase and the Tingle Creek Chase, there will be a fantastic and infectious atmosphere as some of the top horses battle it out, and if it’s a bit chilly outside then there’s always the Bavarian Beer Hall to help warm you up.

Keep the bubbles flowing after Christmas Day with Boxing Day frivolities at the 32nd Winter Festival at Kempton. The meeting involves three Grade 1 races including the Christmas Hurdle, Kauto Star Novices’ Chase and the 32nd King George VI Steeplechase, won last season by the magnificent Thistlecrack, trained by Colin Tizzard.
This race is steeped in history with the likes of Arkle, Desert Orchid and Kauto Star all having won the race at least once.
