Try to cut all your fries the same size and not too large, so that they cook at the same rate, and be wary of adding salt or seasonings with added salt as these draw moisture from the fries and create steam which equals soggy fries!’
TIP: I just top my burgers with lettuce and tomato as I find red onion can cause bloating. Another alternative is to add 60ml vegan mayonnaise and 60ml dairy-free yogurt to the slaw instead of vegan mayo.
