Mindful Bed Therapy Experience: Unwind as the soothing sounds, warmth, and vibrations allow you to slip into a deep state of relaxation, this experience makes it possible for even the busiest minds to switch off. Using vibrational therapy and audio frequencies this experience is similar to meditation. The calming sounds slow down your mental activity through headphones, allowing you to experience inner peace.
