Start with lunch at the South Beach Restaurant (available from 12 midday to 3pm) before heading to The NICI Spa for a 60-minute NICI Signature Massage. During your day you also have full use of the spa facilities so you can make the most of the state-of-the-art gym and fitness facilities, the indoor pool, the hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam rooms and relaxation room. You will also be provided with robes and towels to use during your stay.

Please note that a £10 supplement will be applied to all treatments on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and a discretionary £20 service charge will be added to the price of each booking.
