How to use your Refund Credit Note
If you would like to rearrange your original booking to a new date or venue, please call our team on our priority line 0800 1936609. Our team of spa experts will help you arrange a spa experience at a date and location to suit you. Please also ask about the offers and incentives available to Spabreaks.com customers who have been affected by the closure of spas nationwide. Bookings made using this Refund Credit Note will need to be confirmed before 31st December 2020, but can be for any future travel date.
If you would like to apply for a refund, please reply to the email containing your Refund Credit Note, on or after the 31st July. Once this request has been received, we will arrange for the refund to be processed via your original payment method.
Refund Credit Note Terms and Conditions
- All credit notes will remain valid until 31st December 2020. You must therefore have used your credit note either to make a rearranged booking, or to claim the cash refund before then. Extensions will not be available.
- Cash refunds can be applied for by returning the Refund Credit Note after 31st July.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method chosen.
- The value of this refund credit note can be applied to any new booking, with any additional costs being paid by the customer. It can not be part refunded.
- The flexible booking guarantee only applies to instances where spas are unable to operate as planned due to additional restrictions being imposed by the government in relation to the COVID 19 pandemic.
- No other forms of compensation, including for the loss of travel or other associated costs are covered by this guarantee or refund credit note.
- Normal Spabreaks.com booking conditions will apply to any rearranged bookings - with the date of confirmation of your new rearranged booking becoming the new confirmation date.
- Refund Credit Notes are not available or applicable for voucher purchases or bookings originally made with vouchers.
