Altis Belém Hotel and Spa Doca do Bom Sucesso Lisbon Portugal

Spa & Leisure

The Swiss brand, Karin Herzog, is found at BSpa by Karin Herzog at the Altis Belém Hotel in Portugal. It is the only spa in Portugal that exclusively uses this brand and with this exclusivity comes a most relaxing and invigorating experience. The Thermo Garden at the spa has facilities that include a wide dynamic inner pool, a sauna, a hammam, a Turkish bath, and experience showers.

As for treatments, it’s only right that they match the calibre afforded by such a unique spa. They range from massages, to facials, to packages for pregnant women, holistic therapies, couples treatments, energising rituals, and finishing touches such as manicures, pedicures, and waxing.

Hotel & Accommodation

With views overlooking the Tagus River, Atlis Belém Hotel and Spa encourages you to discover luxury and celebrate Portugal’s history. The hotel has 50 luxury rooms, including five suites, all of which have their own dedicated theme. They are quirkily decorated with panels covered in destinations of the world over, all depicting a different story.

Gastronomically, you get a meal and a history lesson! Bar 38° 41’ is so named after the coordinates that symbolise the departure of Portuguese on their discoveries, and aside from the historical fascination it comes with jazz nights, sunset sessions, and gourmet snacks. Famed among Lisbon’s elite, it’s the place to be seen of an evening. An informal meal can be taken at Cafetaria Mensagem, with seasonal world cuisine. Alternatively, an all together more formal affair can be found at Feitoria Restaurant and Wine Bar. With its Michelin Star, try one of the blend of traditional Portuguese flavours with more exotic cuisine.
