Health Spa Venue
BodyHoliday is a complete and luxurious retreat in beautiful Caribbean surroundings which is home to 33 treatment rooms, an Ayurvedic centre, skin clinic and BodyScience facilities.

Spa & Leisure
With the motto, ‘give us your body for a week and we’ll give you back your mind’, everything at BodyHoliday is influenced by health and relaxation. There is a wealth of opportunity for being active with water sports on the beach and beautiful surroundings to explore. The spa and wellness centre are of course integral to the experience with facilities that include yoga, Pilates, pools, a gym, and tennis – all of which are complimentary.
At the heart of the destination however is the sheer amount of expertise available, with a team of therapists and practitioners skilled in everything from massages and facials to acupuncture, reflexology, Reiki, and hypnotherapy. A week-long stay includes a variety of different treatments which use a combination of Thalgo, Charme d’Orient Paris, Elemis, LaTherapie, Kama Organic, CACI, and Essie product lines as well as local organic essential oils.
Hotel & Accommodation
BodyHoliday sits directly on Cariblue's crescent beach and is surrounded by 42 acres of tropical gardens and a golf course, while the hotel is very typical of the Caribbean featuring open spaces and colonial accents. It is built into a hillside so it blends into the environment, and the rooms are all vast and luxurious with several of the rooms boasting omnipresent views of the sea. The hotel offers 29 rooms which carry zero single supplement all year round making it an ideal destination for solo travellers.
Refreshments are certainly not in short supply and the really nice thing about BodyHoliday is that once you’re there, pretty much everything is included. The Deli next to the beach supplies smoothies and sandwiches all day, and there are five main restaurants: Cariblue is a buffet-style venue that’s open for all meals – it’s fairly casual although in the evenings it’s best not to rock up in a pair of shorts; The Clubhouse is the most casual dining area with a barbeque each evening and a quintessentially British afternoon tea every day; while Tao is the impressive fine dining option which has received rave reviews from all who visit and Cariblue Windows offers tasting menus and wine pairing with the choice of watching as each dish is designed at the chef’s station or enjoying your tasting at window tables overlooking tropical gardens.
