The C-Spa’s Sea Mineral Therapies promise to rejuvenate, rebalance and revitalise. Take pleasure in the Thalassotherapy Pool, which overlooks the Lough Foyle. The sea water in this pool has a high concentration of mineral salts, renowned for reducing body weight to 10% of its normal value. Hence, the mobility of joints is increased and circulation improves. The underwater jets provide a full body hydro-massage.
There is a relaxation room and 12 treatment rooms, where you can experience one of the 50 treatments on the menu. The pool is the perfect place to unwind, or you could turn up the heat and treat your skin to a visit to the Sauna or Jacuzzi. There is also a fully equipped gymnasium and a nine-hole golf course
