Hotel & Accommodation

In the heart of the Chianti wine region in Tuscany, Castello del Nero Hotel and Spa is a five star luxury hotel that’s made for fairytale romance. Close to Florence, it’s all about luxury, a 12th century castle with 68 rooms and suites all decorated with sumptuous flair, including wooden beam ceilings, “cotto” floors and marble and mosaic bathrooms all surrounded by 300 hectares of rolling hills, verdant vineyards and lush olive groves.

Being in this famed Tuscan wine region, food and drink are notoriously splendid. As a result, the hotel is home to two restaurants. La Torre is a Michelin Star restaurant located in the former stables where the menu blends the best of Italian traditions. Meanwhile, La Taverna is in the former kitchens of the castle offers typical dishes from the surrounding area and in the summer months they also offer outdoor dining near the pool, just a few steps from the organic garden. There is also a seductive bar and an authentic wine cellar.
